approaching the pre-menopausal stage. Sleep deficiency is the cause of this especially women nearing menopause.

Insomnia is when women never get a good night’s sleep which is one of the common symptoms of pre-menopause.

Increased Weight
During pre-menopause, women experience a lot of hormonal changes, and one side effect of these hormonal changes
would be that women’s metabolism becomes slower. The hormonal changes in menopausal women could slower metabolism
which could contribute to faster weight gain. Also the redistribution of fat is directly affected by the changing
hormones.
Swelling Feeling
